Known Bugs
– Reducing the volume to 0 and stopping a video, then starting a video, and trying to increase the volume will not work. You need to either seek forward or backwards or stop the video with a volume of 1 or greater.
– Starting a video at one volume, then changing the volume, then seeking forward or backwards will return the volume to the original value when the video started. Changing the volume up or down 1 value with return it to the new level.
– With iOS Streaming, skippable ads will auto-skip after the alloted time.
– With iOS Streaming, unskippable ads will continue to repeat. You can try exiting the video and restarting it to bypass. Some videos might not be watchable.
– Volume and info bar occasionally take a while to respond if the player is left on for long durations of time.
– Bug prevents configuring manual DNS settings
– UI does not refresh after changing from manual to auto DNS settings
– Facebook https videos cannot play
– FreeOTT the new concept for ISPs and content providers to win more potential clients for their services
– TWiT videos skip after about 10 minutes to the next video in the playlist.
– Leaving an app running overnight (or 4+ hours without activity) may cause the app to crash when returning to use it. Rarely, this may cause the entire player to freeze requiring a restart.
– When the screen saver goes away, only a portion of the UI is displayed properly on the 1080p and 1080i video settings. You can navigate to a new page to refresh the screen.
