Unable to update GTX1060 drivers

Hello
I bought iMSI GT62VR 6RD (Dominator) 2 years ago. Very quickly, I started to have a problem that persists today. I can't udate my Nvidia GTX1060!
I went through Geforce, by the device manager, by a direct DL on Nvidia.com ... The problem is always the same, when I update my CG:
- The display freezes, everything freezes once the graphics card starts working (at startup for example)
- White bands appear at startup
- Since 2019 I have been stuck at version 382.05 of Nvidia ...
Do you have a solution for me?
I have already tried to remove the drivers before installing (useless) and reinstalling windows (without visible effect ...)
Today I find myself blocked for certain games..
