Hello,

I have a problem. Could you please help me?
I have a Lenovo SSWindows10 laptop. I work from my pc as a operator.
I am using x-lite as a softphone. When I make calls, I can hear very well, but the other person understands every 10 word or nothing at all.
My audio device is connected to smartaudio which I think is not compatible. I installed realtek but it does not appear in the device manager. Only the conexant appears as the default device. While the realtek is well installed.
I have been in the settings, tt is ok according to Windows, updated the drivers, same.

Can you help me please or are there other audio devices other than realtek and conexant?

Thank you in advance.

Hello!

You have x32 or x64 bit OS?

Hello!

I would say that it sounds like network/internet problem.

Could you please try to plugin your laptop to network directly?

Roza,

I will try to disable Wi-Fi and worked directly via ethernet cable.

Thanks.
