I would like to install Ubuntu 18.04 x64 on IBM x3500 M3 but I've got bootloop.

Vera, hello!
Try to install OpenSuse. It should work fine with IBM.

Thanks for letting us know.
You can try to avoid bootloop in Ubuntu 18.04 via graphic card settings in grub config.
