Thomson THN14B - Wi-Fi Card Driver Problem

Hello,
I just reinstalled Windows 10 on a Thomson THN14B laptop pc but no wifi connection and it has no ethernet port, so I have from another computer download the wifi driver corresponding to the laptop model (RTL8723BS) but each time that I launched the setup.exe in the installation folder and I restart the computer I still had no wifi and no new driver in the network card part of the device managers, and the troubleshooting utilities problem tell me every time "Windows did not detect a correctly installed network card. If you have a network card, you must reinstall the driver."
I would like to ask if someone could help me?
