Hello!
Friend of mine acquired this new Home theater in a store about 2 years ago, and it has been over 1 year since then it went into Loop and I can't seem to solve this problem.
How can I resolve this issue?
I want to solve this problem because the device is not more than 1 year old and I think it is not feasible to buy another one due to a global defect.
