Microphone problem - MSI GE RAIDER 10SF

Hello,
I bought an MSI GE75 Raider 10SF a week ago. The computer can detect the headset, but not the microphone.
I tried everything, including installing the drivers that are on the manufacturer's site:

However, the proposed nahimic driver was not compatible with my computer.
So I installed the latest Realtek R audio driver version: 6.0.9018.1
Nahimic is working fine, but the microphone is still not detected.
I also tried with old drivers .. Nothing works.
The microphone is not mute, I also checked in the sound settings that the microphone was authorized on all applications.
Likewise, I don't have notifications when I plug the headset into the computer, yet I have all notifications enabled in the Windows settings.
No microphone is added when I plug in my headphones.
The strangest thing is that it was working fine a few days ago.
(FYI, the microphone works fine on my phone and other computers!)
