Hello, here is my problem.

I have Printer Canon TS3355 on Windows 10 x64 connected via USB.

I followed the installation procedures for accuracy, on all the computers I tried, the printer is never detected via USB. I rechecked the type of (universal) cable I have, it's good, no dust in the ports. When installing the canon driver where I have to connect the printer by USB, never detected ... even in linux (Ubuntu) .. nothing to do ... I am under windows 10, I am already going to device manager to remove the one that is put when I plug in the printer, it is indicated that it is unknown and dates from 2006, I do not understand, I have uninstalled it many times, nothing to do.

Do I have to reset the printer, I don't know how to do it, nothing in the associated manuals ...
I am completely lost, if someone can help me?
Thank you in advance.

Hello!

Disconnect the printer from the pc
Download and install -> Revo Uninstaller.
Launch it as administrator.
Uninstall all canon products.
Follow the tutorial to uninstall everything properly including the folders and residual keys.
Restart the pc.

Try this driver -> TS3355.
Start the driver setup.
Connect the cable to the pc as soon as the request is made.
