Asus Zenbook 13 Network Adapter Driver

Hello,
Recently, I saw that my friend's laptop PC running Windows 10 no longer detected any networks, and it turns out that network controller driver is missing, at the same time my Bluetooth no longer works either but recognizes the drivers.
Do you know how to fix this problem? It's very crippling, and very frustrating not to be able to connect.
I had already reset it, I tried to see the drivers available on the Asus support and I don't understand anything but I don't have the impression that it works.
Would you have a solution please?
