Some Micro Freezes - Win 10

Hello,
So here is the problem, for 2 weeks my laptop will be doing micro freezes during movies or games.
During the film (with vlc), it will freeze for 1 second and start off like nothing and it will repeat itself every minute.
During games whether with or without geforce now (cloud gaming) and whatever the game, there will be quite strong freeze which will stop and slow down the game for 2-3 seconds, with 80% of the time being bug sound level (either the sound will mute, or there will be a strange, strident noise).
I reset the pc yesterday and it didn't solve anything, I also used eset and kaspersky and there were no harmful detections.
I need your help please.
