PC does not detect any wifi - Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 network card problem

Hello,
I have a friend who asked me to fix his wifi problem. It does not detect any wi-fi card, even with a linux usb stick. I however tried to download the driver on another pc then to transfer it by USB key on his, then I installed and it does not work. By cons the exclamation mark has disappeared in the device manager, on the network card.
PC: Asus E402Y.
Network card: Qualcomm Atheros qca9377.
