I have an ASUS PC and this problem currently.
I followed one of advices and uninstalled Qualcomm Atheros, took the hardware identifier number, but what now ?
What should I do with this number?
I am blocked because no internet and I have to work ...

You could have given the hardware identification number and your version of Windows.
If you are on Windows 10
Download this driver.
Unzip the file you just downloaded to a folder, to install it go to the device manager right click on your Qualcomm Atheros card QCA9377 choose Update driver then Search for a driver on my computer then select the folder where you have unzipped the previously downloaded driver.
