My PC sound is awful

Hello everyone,
First of all I hope you are well and that your confinement is going well.
Here is my problem:
The day before yesterday, I received my HyperX headset, I plugged it into my PC, everything worked great except the headset microphone. I informed myself, and apparently it is a frequent problem with the new update of Windows 10.
I went to the HyperX site, in the FAQ, and their answer was as follows; "This issue may be related to the Windows 10 update for Realtek audio drivers. In this case, we suggest updating the drivers directly from the Realtek website.
First, open Control Panel> Device Manager and go to the Audio, video and game controllers tab.
Find Realtek High Definition Audio in the list of adapters, right-click it and choose Uninstall from the displayed menu.
When the uninstall is complete, open the page to download the latest driver to your computer:
http://www.realtek.com/downloads/
Select the High Definition Audio Codecs (software) link.
Download the most recent version for your version of Windows and install it.
You may need to restart your computer. When this is finished, plug in the headset, and test its microphone.
FAQ: KHX-011218-HDST-17 "
So I did it, but since reinstalling the driver, my sound is horrible, the voices cancel out there are crackling, echo overloads ...
I tested my headphones on my Mac and it works very well (including microphone).
So I'm here and I don't know how to do it, I can't do anything on my PC (which was only used for playing).
Thanks in advance, J.
