How to install all ethernet and usb drivers?

Hello!
My friend had a windows 10 pro computer which started very badly (boot on windows once on I don't know how many). So we needed a computer, so We had another one.
In short, on the win 10 pro I passed it to win 7 pro because it didn't bother me to work.
But since I installed, I no longer have a working internet or usb port (and I don't know if others are missing).
Even in wired connection it does not work.
Can you help me reinstall the drivers because who says inactive usb port says impossible to reinstall the drivers by key, hard drive ...
And impossible over the internet.
So if you can help me I would be delighted !!!!
Because there I am fed up, I spent a while installing win 7.
(The win 10 files are still in the computer I think so because windows told me it would keep the other windows or something like that).
