Msi Clutch GM10 - Mouse that disturbs the computer

Hello,

I have a fairly recent Msi Clutch GM10 mouse (several months only).
Without valid reason, the left click does a right click, and the right click does nothing. Sometimes a click is also made without any reason.

Example: If I use it on the PC desktop, I cannot open ANYTHING.

This phenomenon started several days ago but has just increased and become widespread.
After multiple tests, with different mice in +, the use of the pad, test on another computer, here are my conclusions:

When the Msi mouse is plugged in, the entire computer is affected. Left clicking the pad or other mice becomes the right click, and the right click has no effect. When I remove the mouse cable, the mouse disconnects, and 5 seconds later, the entire PC becomes functional again. The pad and the other mouse also works. This observation was made identically on 2 different computers of different brands, including a desktop pc and a laptop pc.

Solutions tested:
- Remove the mouse from the PC so that the installation is redone.
- Remove drivers related to the mouse.

I find it very strange that the mouse can change a whole PC. I guess it changes parameters, but I don't see which ones. Especially since I have 10 seconds when connecting this mouse before the problem appears.

Archi, hello!

According to official manual (MSI Official) it looks like hardware problem.

Fill the RMA request to the store/supplier.

Regards, Roza.
