Screen resolution problem

Hello,

I cannot change my screen resolution on my friend's AMD Radeon R9 200 Series card (Image protruding from the edges):

Config:
Windows 10 Professional 64-bit
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Thuban 45nm Technology;
RAM: 8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 803MHz (10-10-10-30);
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. M68MT-S2 (Socket M2);
Graphics Card: 4096MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 200 Series (MSI);
Screen: Pioneer PDP 436 PE + multimedia receiver PDP-R06 XE.

So with the Radeon Software in the setting section there are several options including one that allows you to scale the HDMI output, but it doesn't work.
I can try everything to change the resolution but nothing to do with the image is too large
the recommended configuration is: 1920 x 1080.

If anyone has an idea thank you very much.
