Connection by Ethernet cable

Hello,

Since I went to have my hard drive changed in a computer store, I can no longer have the Ethernet cable option and I can only connect with wifi.

Do you have a solution to replace the ethernet cable option? Because I believe that the computer specialist removed the option to be able to put an ethernet cable on my pc.

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Hello,

There is no Ethernet cable option, this cord plugs into the box and the pc network card.
It is automatically activated (normally) and there is no reason why the store did not deactivate via replacing the disk, except out of spite to make you come back.

So go to Network Settings and there should be 2 adapter. Looks like Ethernet adapter is disabled.

Try to enable it.

Regards, Roza.
