Acer I5-54 Audio Card Problem Windows 10

Hello
When I tried to update the drivers for audio card, which the my client bought, I have no sound. Reatlek audio disappears.
I just re-download reatlek driver ... and I have sound !!!
On the other hand Realtek soft sends me messages to update my sound-audio drivers.
Should I uninstall driver, or for now I ignore it?
