Win 10 1909 update and no wifi connection with phone

Hello,
Yesterday Windows installed update 1909 for me and since then I no longer have wifi internet access with my phone (iPhone SE).
It worked very well until then.
I tried to do in Windows by deactivating, reactivating, somehow manages to connect but without internet.
However, it works if I plug in the cable.
I tried to uninstall the Wifi card, search for new drivers, restart, but it didn't change anything.
Wifi card: Realtek 8821CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC
Do you know where this problem come from?
