Hardware identification number: PCI \ VEN_8086 & DEV_0F35 & SUBSYS_09361025 & REV_0E.
The operating system: Windows 7.

On the manufacturer's site there are the drivers for W8.1 and W10 in 64 bits.
Did you install them on W7?
