Canon Pixma Mg5650 - Unable to print

Hello everyone,

I will briefly explain my concern,
My friend has an asus VivoBook 17 under W10, She rarely prints documents but at the moment it is a pain. It is a Canon Pixma Mg5650 printer, and when printing a World document the following message appears "World cannot print due to a printer configuration problem" so I go to the control panel in the printer tab, which is well recognized by my computer. I'm trying to print a test sheet, "unable to create a print job" or "driver unavailable", so I browsed the forums on this subject, I uninstall my printer, I downloaded on the official site the driver and the driver, check the port of the printer, I try everything, without results.
I figured it was this printer that would have given up the ghost or something.
This afternoon I'm going to Darty's, buy an HP Deskjet 3750, I connect it by wifi to my pc, they connect perfectly, I go to my Word document—> print, and the surprise “World cannot print because of a printer configuration problem "and unable to output a test sheet ...
I think I have to reset all the default settings or do some manipulation because my pc really has a dent against the printers.
Thank you in advance.

Regards.

Hello!

Did you try to print your document by exporting it to .pdf format?
Open the document in Word and Choose Save as PDF.
Then try to print it from Adobe / Google Chrome.

Roza, Thanks!

It was a Microsoft Word problem.
