PC freezes for few seconds

Hello,
I have had a problem with my pc for some time, from time to time it will freeze / hang.
It mainly happens on video games but it has already happened that it crashes while on the desktop.
All my drivers are up to date, my hard drives are in good condition, I used the WhoCrashed software but nothing crashes according to him.
My confiq:
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i7 8700 @ 3.20GHz 35 ° C Coffee Lake 14nm Technology
RAM: 16.0 GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 2400MHz (16-20-20-38)
Motherboard: Micro-Star International Co. Ltd. MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS (MS-7B51) (U3E1) 32 ° C
Graphics:
20M35 (1600x900 @ 60Hz)
227E4LH (1920x1080 @ 60Hz)
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 (NVIDIA) 33 ° C
Storage: 223GB Crucial CT240BX500SSD1 (SSD)) 30 ° C
1863GB Seagate ST2000DM008-2FR102 (SATA (SSD)) 27 ° C
I don't think it's power levels because I have a good PC and it's not even 1 year old.
Small info in addition, the graphics card is like a little heavy and therefore looks a little bit, I do not know if it could come from there.
Thanks for any help!
