THOMSON NEO 14 Network Card Problem

Hello everyone,

After resetting my pc with a bootable usb (create with Rufus) I find myself with a huge problem.

After reading many forums I am totally lost.

My Thomson NEO 14 pc no longer has network cards, at least the main drivers, let’s explain this.
When I reset everything went very well and at the time of the presentation menu I was offered the passage to connect to a wifi network outside none was offered to me.

So I skip this step and find myself on my desk where indeed I no longer have internet access at all, so I dig into storage devices and end up with only these network cards:

-WAN Miniport (IKEv2)
-WAN Miniport (IP)
-WAN Miniport (IPv6)
-WAN Miniport (L2TP)
-WAN Miniport (Network Monitor)
-WAN Miniport (PPPOE)
-WAN Miniport (PPTP)
-WAN Miniport (SSTP)

So the main REALTEK and INTEL cards (I suppose) had to be deleted completely.

I do not know what to do anymore, so if someone has already had this problem and can suggest ideas that might solve my problem, that would be great.

Hello!

Did you download the correct ISO for your operating system?

Can you take a screenshot of the device management, with the network card unrolled from all its tabs, if as you say it no longer appears, you will have to go to the manufacturer's site of the make and model of the pc, to download and install the correct network card.

Regards, Roza.
