Can't enable bluetooth on Windows 10 PC

Morning,
It's impossible to enable Bluetooth on my friend's pc, which I know is well compatible. I know that the problem comes from Windows 10.
- It does not appear in my device manager, hidden or not.
- in services> Bluetooth support services, I passed it in manual, restarted my pc, nothing. I had the service stopped and restarted, nothing.
- On all my drivers, I have no downloadable Bluetooth software.
- Impossible to find anything on Asus, which seems to refuse to look for drivers even with the ref or serial number of my pc, an ASUS R510L which dates from 2013.
UPDATE: there is still nothing.
