Missing device - Encoder/Decoder Controller

Hello, it seems that I miss to install one of a PCI driver on my computer.

I had a problem when my computer was freeze and I had to turn it off manually. When I turned it back on, my second display supported by a Display port was no longer detected by the PC.

I opened the device manager and a yellow icon indicating that there is a problem with the coding and decoding PCI port, it lacks of driver.
I did the automatic search for windows without success.

Before falling on this site I thought that by reinstalling Windows, it was going to download the driver all alone but the problem persists.

Here is the problematic PCI dev ID: \ VEN_1022 & DEV_1486 & SUBSYS_87C01043 & REV_00 \ 4 & 1fde7688 & 0 & 0141

I have an AMD ryzen 3700X processor and ASUS ROG STRIX X470-F gaming motherboard.

Thank you in advance!

Download and install -> 7Zip 64bit (7 Zip Official)

Download this driver -> AMD (Windows Update Official).

Right click on the driver -> 4ef15f6c .... cab
Selects -> 7Zip
Choose -> extract to "4ef15f6c .... \"

Go into the device manager.
Right click on the device.
Update the driver.
Browse my computer .
Browse.
Selects unzipped driver folder -> 4ef15f6c.
OK, next.

Then repeat the same with the other device.
