I am tech. scientist but a little help is always welcome.

On a new pc, (it is 1 month DELL precision 3541) wi-fi card does not work anymore, in device management I have:
This device can not start. (Code 10)

{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

- I tried the reboot.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the driver (which has been up to date already)
- I made a netsh int ip reset
- And also a netsh winsock reset (as I could find this solution online)
- Started in safe mode.

But I do not know what to do if someone has one or two ideas to share.

1. Download this driver -> Intel d169cc3d -.... cab
(WindowsUpdate.com Official)
2. Right click on the driver ->
3. Selects -> 7Zip
4. Choose -> extract to "d169cc3d -....."

5. Go into the device manager
6. Right click on the device
7. Update the driver
8. Browse my computer ......
9. Choose from a list of drivers ...
Disk provided
Browse
Go to the unzipped driver folder -> d169cc3d -.....
10. Selects the file -> Netwtw08.INF and OK.
11. Restart your computer.
