Hp Elite 8300 Device SM & USB Bus Controllers Function Problems

Hello,
I just bought a Hp Elite 8300 with installed Windows 7 pro 64 bit.
I managed to do all the updates (There were many). The only problem I can not solve is installing my EPSON Stylus SX215 series printer. When I go to Peripherals and Printers and right click on this one and property I have the following message:
"Windows has stopped this device because it has problems. (Code 43)"
and finally for SM bus controller and controller USB bus I have the message:
"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)"
and when I want to update this driver I have the message:
"Windows could not install your SM Bus Controller " (same message about USB)
