Acer Aspire One D270 Drivers

Hello!
I have Acer Aspire one D270 and I have no longer an internet connection on my computer.
When I open the device manager, I have a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in front of the Network Controller in "Other devices".
I tried to update the driver but Windows can not find any drivers.
By right-clicking on the network controller and going into "Properties",
I have the message: "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)"
What do I have to do ?
Brand and model of my pc is: acer aspire one D270
OS: Windows XP 64 bit
Ethernet Controller dev-ID number: PCI \ VEN_10EC & DEV_8136 & SUBSYS_061F1025 & REV_05
And the PCI device identification number:
PCI \ VEN_10EC & DEV_5209 & REV_01 & SUBSYS_061F1025
