Ethernet Via USB Adapter Problem

Hello,
I have ICZI (brand) Ethernet adapter via USB (3PORT USB 3.0 HUB + LAN) that does not work on my computer ASUS Zenbook Pro UX480FD (without Ethernet port).
When I test it on another computer (HP) it works properly.
Oddly by plugging it into a different HUB (ICZI 10 in 1 USB C including ethernet functional), it works (ethernet and usb).
Is there any solution to this problem?
