Hello,
Click Windows + R key, then type devmgmt.msc and click OK.
Look for hardware ID numbers. To find the no. identifier, look to the device list.
It's a number which should look like this as an example:
-> PCI \ VEN_1969 & DEV_1026 & SUBSYS .......
With this device ID, just google right driver.
Also If you can't do that, try this one:
