Samsung Galaxy J7 Missed Files

Hello,

After connecting my sister's Galaxy J7 to my computer, I notice that there is no file accessible in the different folders (DCIM, etc.) despite having validated the access authorization.
I then decide to look in the phone but with amazement, no more files are present in these different folders. The files were all present before I connected the phone to the computer.
As the phone's memory is still full, I'm assuming the files are indeed present but become inaccessible for some reason.

Have you ever had this problem ?
Is there a solution?
It is imperative that I do not delete any files.
