Today I appealed to you as experts in Windows 10 and thus referred me to a possible technical solution. By the way I recently reset a Windows 10 operating system from a Thomson NEO14-32WC computer except that I did not save the drivers before reinstalling the operating system because I was convinced that this was not necessary since it would be included in the ISO that I used (as is the case on MacOS or some Linux Distro). It was not the case so I now find myself with a computer which has totally lost all the drivers like wifi, sound and others (see pic 2 and 3) and therefore I cannot (technically) connect to the internet because there is no wifi driver and the computer no has no Ethernet port, which would allow online diagnostics.
So I come to you because I am sure that someone among you would have the necessary expertise to solve this technical problem and would be kind enough to share your know-how a little.
Thanking you in advance, I want to wish you a good day.
So I'm trying to keep it short, I bought a used small laptop ASUS X205TA eeebook, the person who sold it to me deleted by resetting the laptop the mouse...

Morning, Mauris!
There should be recovery mode if you (or the seller) didn't replace internal hdd/ssd or delete data .
