You could have given the hardware identification number and your version of Windows.
If you are on Windows 10
Download this driver.
Unzip the file you just downloaded to a folder, to install it go to the device manager right click on your Qualcomm Atheros card QCA9377 choose Update driver then Search for a driver on my computer then select the folder where you have unzipped the previously downloaded driver.

I had same problem.
I've solved it via restore point as Roza mentioned.
The problem is connected with windows automatic drivers updates.
