I just bought an xp-3100 printer but when I want to print or make photocopies every other line does not appear (however my printer is new and the cartridges are original).
Could anyone help me please?

So this is EPSON XP-3100 printer.
Is there any test page you can print from the printer software working correctly?
It is also possible (finally .. normally) to print a test page by manipulating the buttons on your printer (see the instructions for use as indicated).
If the test page works ..... the problem is certainly elsewhere.
The drivers are badly installed ... or it is what you are trying to print that is not good.
You can possibly (there also from the software of your printer) carry out cleaning (do not hesitate to launch 4 or 5 times).
If nothing helps, since your printer is new .. return it to your seller or call epson support.
