Windows 10 Device compatibility problem

Post by fedora »

Good morning all,

Following an acquisition of a new headset, being a gamer, I had concerns about its identification on the computer it was not recognized in USB. After digging around, it turned out that the concern was that my Windows was in version 1809 of 2018.

So I updated Windows to 1903 of 2019 and the beginning of the hecatomb, restart in loop with the blue screen which says that the pc did not start as it should be etc ... It is the repair automatic.
I tried several options and the only tips for it to work is to uninstall the latest feature update and go back to 1809.

So I spent 2 hours and 30 minutes on the phone with a windows technician, we tried to redo the update without anti-virus etc ... And in the end, when he understood that I had a computer mounted myself , he told me it had to come from my devices.
In itself I can use my computer even in 1809, but I cannot use my new headset via USB and I imagine that in the future it will probably affect other things.

Here are current peripherals:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x AM4 3.7gHz.
Motherboard: MSI B450M PRO-M2
Graphics Card: Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1070 ti 8GB DDR5 256 bit
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz
SSD: Western Digital WD Blue 250GB 3D NAND Internal SSD 2.5 "SATA
HDD: Seagate barracuda - 3.5 - 1TB - SATA III 6Gb / s
Alim: Be quiet! BN278 600W CM Modular SILVER

Thank you in advance.
