Microphone problem - MSI GE RAIDER 10SF

Hello,

I bought an MSI GE75 Raider 10SF a week ago. The computer can detect the headset, but not the microphone.

I tried everything, including installing the drivers that are on the manufacturer's site:
https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GE75 ... Win10%2064

However, the proposed nahimic driver was not compatible with my computer.

So I installed the latest Realtek R audio driver version: 6.0.9018.1
Nahimic is working fine, but the microphone is still not detected.

I also tried with old drivers .. Nothing works.

The microphone is not mute, I also checked in the sound settings that the microphone was authorized on all applications.
Likewise, I don't have notifications when I plug the headset into the computer, yet I have all notifications enabled in the Windows settings.

No microphone is added when I plug in my headphones.
The strangest thing is that it was working fine a few days ago.

(FYI, the microphone works fine on my phone and other computers!)

Mark, hello!

Try to uninstall everything completely and install Audiocard drivers again.
It should work without any problems.

Mark, try to install both these drivers:
1) https://download.msi.com/nb_drivers/ad/ ... 3dbf50.zip
2) https://download.msi.com/nb_drivers/ad/ ... 699f31.zip

First one is Realtek.
Second - Nahimic.
