Since I installed Windows 10 a few months ago on my hp Pro Book computer, the video camera was working intermittently at first but soon stopped working. The system tells me that it "cannot find the camera" (although Device Manager tells me that "this device is working fine"). After trying all the resources the hp help system gives me, including the successful driver update, the camera still does not work and the last resort is to get a new driver from you.
The one I have installed is Sonix 10.11.16299.3 dating from 2/22/2018.
I have seen here on this website that there is also version 6.0.11143.
Is this version later than the one I have installed and should I try it, or is there a better version that I should install?
Thank you.
