GTX 1660 TI incompatible with Windows 10 Pro version 1909

Hello,

I can't install my friend's new GTX 1660 ti on Windows 10 Pro version 1909.
I tried drivers version 445.87 and older.
(This Nvidia Graphics Driver is not compatible with this version of Windows).
(Error 43).
My PC is equipped with an Intel UHD Graphics 630 integrated.

What should i do? Change windows version?

Try to download and install these drivers (Nvidia Official FR).
