DirectX installation failure

Hello!

My frined just bought a brand new PC. Here is the config:
- MSI GF63 Thin 95C
- Intel core i7 9th Gen HexaCore 2.6GHz
- 16 GB RAM
- Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650

The problem is, We tried launching Rocket League after installing it and I see that Steam is trying to install DirectX but can't, starts the game and stops it as soon after.
So I tried to install DirectX manually and I get this message:
An internal system error has occurred.
Check the DXError.log and DirectX.log files located in the Windows folder to determine the problem.

However, We updated all my drivers with DriverBooster and I even re-installed the driver for my GPU with Nvidia Geforce Experience.
We also tried to disable our antivirus (Norton) but nothing helps.

Note that CS:GO launches without problem but the steam loading bar to install DirectX does not fill at all.

Hello!

Looks like you already have directX installed. So no need to install it separately from another source.
Try to reinstall the game without installing of the directx.
