Nvidia GTX 1650 is not detected after installing W10

Post by ricchi88 »

Hello,

I recently acquired a PC (HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk0034nf) without OS. After installing W10 64 bit, I encounter the problem mentioned in the title: the NVIDIA GTX 1650 graphics card is not recognized by the computer. Only the "microsoft basic video card" appears. It is therefore impossible for me to download the drivers.

This kind of problem has often been posed on forums but to be frank, I can't solve it ... I'm starting to lose patience by the way ...

If someone has a little time to give me in this particular context, I am interested !!

Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your answer.

I have 2 basic microsoft video cards that appear;

The first with an exclamation mark at this identification number:
PCI \ VEN_8086 & DEV_3E9B & SUBSYS_85FC103C & REV_00

The second (without exclamation mark):
PCI \ VEN_10DE & DEV_1F91 & SUBSYS_85FC103C & REV_A1
