Hello,
I've HP PC and Windows 10 installed.
The sound works randomly. It works, then 10 minutes later, more sound. Sometimes it works, sometimes not! I checked the connections, it's ok. Device manager, ok. Driver update, flush. Check sound parameters, ok. I returned to a previous backup point, and I was happy because it worked. Now it starts again … I feel like it's when it goes to sleep.
What can I do ?
Thank you.
Loss of sound

The sound still works, but I still went to see what you told me ...
The audio card is a "Realtek High Definition Audio". Its identification number is HDAUDIO \ FUNC_01 & VEN_10EC & DEV_0662 & SUBSYS_103C2ABF & REV_1001.
The exact model of the tower is HP Pavilion P6-2051FR.
There were before Windows 7. I upgraded it with the free update of Windows 10. It is a 64 bit.
