Some keyboard keys no longer work, I tried several manipulations of the system (uninstall the keyboard driver, update drivers, system updates, reinstall the OS, disable everything in the ergonomics options, BIOS update ...) but without success.
I then replaced the keyboard by dismantling the computer but the result is the same with the new keyboard. Only an external keyboard works properly.
So I'm trying to keep it short, I bought a used small laptop ASUS X205TA eeebook, the person who sold it to me deleted by resetting the laptop the mouse...

There should be recovery mode if you (or the seller) didn't replace internal hdd/ssd or delete data .
