What OS do you have? Windows 7, 8 or 10 and 32 or 64 bit?

Drivers for this printer are available only until Win XP.

If you use pre-installed Windows 7 version, you can update drivers by this link. These models have same specs:

That is why there is no drivers for your card.

You have to use last supported OS (Windows 7).
